Real Road Time

Schools that include more actual behind-the-wheel training — not just closed-range practice — generally cost more to run, and that shows up in tuition. It's worth asking any school specifically how many hours of real on-road time are included, not just assumed.

Which Program You Need

Class A, Class B, recertification, and refresher training all require different amounts of instruction, so each is priced differently. A first-time Class A program will typically cost more than a recertification course for someone who already holds a Class B.
